2. Buyer Information

The Buyer is the person who places an order through the website. The Buyer’s name, surname, billing address, delivery address, email address and order details are based on the information provided during checkout.

3. Product Information

The products offered for sale on Newzaya Leather consist of leather and fur clothing products.

The main features of each product, including model, color, size, material, price, product images and other relevant details, are provided on the relevant product page.

Product images and colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the natural characteristics of leather and fur materials.

4. Prices

Product prices are displayed in USD.

The total order amount, including product price, shipping fees and any applicable additional charges, is shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

5. Payment Method

Payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure.

The Buyer may complete the payment using the payment methods available on the checkout screen. Newzaya Leather does not directly store credit card or debit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually handed over to the shipping carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders may be shipped via DHL, PTT, FedEx or another suitable international carrier, depending on the destination country and operational availability.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 3-10 business days
  • Other countries: Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures and carrier operations.

7. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Newzaya Leather ships products from Türkiye to customers worldwide.

Customs duties and import-related charges are arranged to be included in the order price where applicable. However, customs procedures, inspections, local regulations and delays in the destination country are outside the Seller’s control.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased product can legally be imported into their country.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Newzaya Leather in writing by sending an email to:

The withdrawal notification must be sent before the 14-day period expires.

9. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be undamaged.
  • The product tags must not be removed.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging where possible.

Newzaya Leather reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Products with removed tags
  • Damaged, stained or altered products
  • Products that have lost their resalable condition
  • Custom-made or personalized products prepared according to the Buyer’s request
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons

11. Return Shipping Costs

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer must return the product using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking information. Newzaya Leather is not responsible for returned products that are lost, damaged or not delivered during return shipment.

13. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the product meets the return conditions.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs-related expenses or other additional costs may be excluded from the refund where applicable.

14. Exchanges

Newzaya Leather does not offer product exchanges.

If the Buyer wishes to purchase another size, color or model, they may return the eligible product in accordance with the Return Policy and place a new order.
